In this study, the role of Missing In Metastasis (MIM) in cell membrane remodelling leading to development of large extracellular vesicles (l-EVs) was investigated. The migration of PANC-1 cells after addition of l-EVS from different donor cells, including MIM I-BAR expressing cells, was analyzed using the well-known scratch assay. The images made with the CytoSMART Lux2 were used to calculate the internal scratch area. All in all, the results showed that MIM can promote the development of l-EVs under external forces related to those in vivo.
